硅酸盐复合材料施工及防砂性能研究 被引量:1

RESEARCH ON THE SILICATE COMPLEX MATERIAL OPERATION AND SAND CONTROL BEHAVIORS

摘要 文章对用于防砂的硅酸盐复合材料体系的综合性能和防砂能力进行了试验分析研究。结果表明该硅酸盐复合材料具有良好的施工性能和较强的阻挡出砂的能力;可以将该硅酸盐复合材料在钻井和扩眼后泵注到裸眼出砂层段进行先期防砂,对于已出砂的油气井,也可以在清洗砂堵后将硅酸盐复合材料浆体挤入高渗砂层。待其凝固后形成能阻挡地层出砂的人工渗透性挡砂屏障进行后期防砂。特别是对于一些因出砂严重而出现亏空的大肚子井通过填充该渗透性硅酸盐复合材料能够使出砂层段恢复原始的地层应力和渗透性,从而为防砂提供了一种新的技术思路,既是在钻井完后,在进行固井施工时就考虑在可能出砂的层段采用硅酸盐复合材料充填以代替裸眼完井、砾石填充等常规完井工艺。这将是裸眼完井技术的一种革新,是一种有发展潜力的防砂技术。 The comprehensive behaviors of silicate complex material system used for sand control were tested, analyzed and investigated by the authors. The results indicated that the system had good performance in operation and sand control; it could be used not only for the initial sand control by pumping the silicate complex material slurry into the bore hole sanding-up interval after drilling and reaming, but also for the late sand control by a permeable artificial sand-retention barrier formed by solidifying the silicate complex material slurry which was squeezed into the high permeability sand after the sand plug being cleaned out in the sanded-up oil/gas well; and, especially in the severely sanded-up chambered well, the original formation stress and permeability of its sanding-up interval might be recovered by filling the permeable silicate complex material. The conventional completion techniques as open hole completion, gravel pack completion and so on can be replaced by use of such a method mentioned above.
