摘要
针对长庆气田储层地质特征,开展了长庆气田天然气欠平衡钻井技术研究及试验。在欠平衡钻井循环介质的优选、井身结构以及欠平衡钻井作业中有可能出现的地层出水、井壁稳定性等方面进行了分析和研究。开展了2口保护储层的天然气欠平衡钻井试验。在成功试验的基础上,开展了2 口提高钻井速度、降低钻井综合成本的小井眼天然气欠平衡钻井试验,取得了较好的应用效果。
In light of the geological features of reservoirs in Changqing Gas Field, the study and test of gas underbalance pressure drilling technology have been carried out in the field. The optimization of underbalance pressure drilling cycle medium and casing program and the complicated circumstances (formation water out, sidewall stabilization and so on) being able to occur in underbalance pressure drilling job were analyzed and investigated. The gas underbalance pressure drilling test for protecting reservoir was carried out in two holes. On the basis of having success, such a test for raising penetration rate and reducing comprehensive drilling cost was also carried out in two small diameter holes, and a good result was achieved.
