摘要
目的:通过彩色多普勒血流显像确诊左室假腱索,再与心电图进行对照,探讨左室假腱索与室性期前收缩有无关系。方法:采用回顾性总结的方法。统计学处理采用χ2 检验。结果:12 5例左室假腱索中74例心电图提示室性期前收缩,统计学处理有显著性差异(P <0 . 0 0 5 ,χ2 =8. 4 6 4)。结论:左室假腱索与室性期前收缩有密切的关联性,是导致室性期前收缩的一个生理原因。
Objective:To diagnose Left Ventricular False Chordae Tendineae (LVFCT) by color doppler flow imaging (CDFI) and compare them with electrocardiogram (ECG) for evalu ating corelation with ventricular premature beats (VPB).Methods:Retrospective study was introduced and at statistically analyzed by χ2 test.Results:74 of 125 cases of LVFCT indicated VPB in ECG,showins significant difference (P<0.005 χ2=8.464).Conclusions: LVFCT Correlates with VPB.It is a physiological factor for inducins VPB.
