摘要
羊茅与黑麦草属牧草间杂交为改善羊茅品质提供了广泛的遗传变异性。大量的试验结果证明,单个基因,染色体片断,甚至整条染色体或整个染色体组能否从一个种成功地渐渗到另一个种中去,主要决定于杂种的染色体配对水平及其减数分裂的稳定性;为了提高杂种的孕性,杂种或亲本的染色体数有时也需加倍。本文评价了一些杂种的潜力,并对该领域的进展作了简要回顾。
olium-Festuca hybridization provides a wide of genetic variability when breeding for improved forage quality of tall fescue.Some festulolium hybrids obteined,particularly amorgst the four principal species of agricutural importance, namely L. perenne,L.multiflorum,F.arundinacea and F. pratensis,clearly demonstrated the potential of in-terspecific and intergeneric hybridization for breeding in this complex.The soccessful integration of the units of recombination,which moy be individual genes,chromosome segments,whole chromosome or genome,depends largely on the chromosome pairing relationships of the species involved and eventoally on the meiotic stability of the resul-tant hybrid,and the chromosome doubling is sometimes necessary in these hybrids to restore fertility in synthetic amphiploids. This paper reviews the prograss achieved in exploiting the ryegrass-fescue complex and assesse the potential of hybrids derivatives.
