摘要
本试验按Ｇｒｉｆｆｉｎｇ的第４种双列杂交设计，对５个青贮玉米自交系的１１个主要性状进行了配合力及遗传力分析。结果表明，Ｗ＿１、Ｗ＿２和Ｗ＿（２２）为较好的青贮玉米自交系，揭示了同一性状不同自交系间存在一定的互补作用。在选育高产青贮玉米杂交组合时，亲本自交系中至少有一个必须具有较高的一般配合力。同时，估算了１１个性状的广义遗传力和狭义遗传力。
For analysing the heritability of major characters and the combining ability of inbredstrains in silage corn,the combining abilities of 11 major characters in 5 inbred strainsof silage corn were tested by Griffing-4complete diallel cross design;The main resultswere as follows:The variances of two kinds of combining abilities in 11 characters wereall highly significant.There were compensations of combining ability among the differ-ent characters and different inbred strains,There should be not less that one inbredstrain with highy general combining ability between the two parents for selecting high- yielding cross combination,W_1,W_2and W_(22) were outstading inbred strains of silagecorn.meanwhile,the broad- sense and the narrow-sense heritabilities were estimat-ed.
