摘要
本实验采用离体大鼠心脏灌注模型，观察雌二醇（３．３ｎｇ／ｍｌ）对缺氧─复氧心脏收缩功能及超微结构的影响。结果表明，雌二醇对缺氧─复氧心肌具有一定的保护作用，这一作用与雌激素能相对提高缺氧─复氧心肌组织中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶（ＧＳＨ－Ｐｘ）活性和相对降低其Ｃａ￣（２＋）含量有关。
Protective effect of estradiol(3.3ng/ml)on isolated reperfused rat heartwas observed. The results suggested that estradiol has some protective effect on isolated ratheart from reperfusion injury which was related to relatively increased activity of GSH-Pxand relatively decreased calcium in myocardium.
