在以羊草(Aneurolepidiumchinense)和大针茅(Stipagrandis)建群的山区草地上用食道瘘管样品、群落采摘样品、粪样和双样方样品对绵羊采食量和消化率测定和计算的结果表明,生长季内每只绵羊的日采食量为1545.19~1625.19克干物质,单位体重的日子物质采食量从第一期到最后一期表现为降低,放牧绵羊采食牧草的干物质、有机物质、粗蛋白质、粗纤维和无氮浸出物的消化率随生长的延长而下降,但牧草枯黄之前下降幅度不大。食道瘘管样的消化率比群落采摘样的消化率高,这两种样品消化率之间的差异随生长季的延长而增加。
Eight sheep were esophageally fistu lated and used for collecting dietary samples on the mountain rangeland dominated by Aneurolepldium chinense and Stipa grandis in He─Bei Province of Northern China during growing season,Four periods were chosen to collect esophageal fistula samples,vegetation plucked samples and fecal samples.The esophageal fistula samples,vegetation plucked samples,fecal samples and paired─plot samples were then adopted to determine range forage intake and digestibility of grazing sheep.Results indicated that range forage intakes of grazing sheep were from 1545.19 to 1625.19 gram dry matter per day per sheep during growing season.The daily dry matter intake per unit live weight decreased from the first to the last period.Digestibili-ties of dry matter,organic matter,crude protein,crude fiber and nitrogen-free ex-tract that sheep consumed decreased throughout the growing season, but this decreasing was slight until range forage were all withered and yellow in the last period.A compari-son of the digestibility of diets obtained by esophageal fistula samples and plucked foragesamples showcd that the digestibility of diets by fistula samples was higher than those ofplucked samples.The differences of digestibility between the two samples were incresedfrom the first to the alst period.
