本文通过对一起海事的分析,阐述了安全操纵对客滚船航行安全的重要性。尤其对处于特殊地位的烟-连线客滚船提出了在各种环境下安全操纵的要点,供有关船长和驾驶员参考。
The writer set forth the importance of the safe manoeuvering to the RO/RO Passenger Ship by analysing a maritime accident. And specify the manoeuvering mainpoints on YANTAI - DALIAN LINE to give some reference to the relative captains and other mariners.
