KGF在前列腺癌中的表达及其意义

摘要 目的:探讨角质细胞生长因子(KGF)在前列腺癌中表达的临床意义。方法:应用半定量RT- PCR技术和免疫组织化学方法,检测2 2例前列腺癌组织中KGF的表达,并与正常的前列腺组织进行比较。结果:前列腺癌组织中的KGF表达高于正常的前列腺组织(P<0 .0 5 ) ;KGF表达升高的程度与Pca病理分级和临床分期均无明显关系。结论:前列腺癌组织中KGF的表达高于正常前列腺组织,提示KGF与Pca的发生发展密切相关。 Objective:To investigate the clinical significance of keratinocyte growth factor expression(KGF) in prostatic carcinoma tissues.Methods:The expression levels of KGF in 22 sample of prostatic carcinoma tissues and normal prostate tissues were detected by semi-quantitive RT-PCR immunohistochemical staining.Results:The expression levels of KGF in prostatic carcinoma tissues were higher than those in normal prostate tissues (P<0.05). There was no significant correlation between the increased expression of KGF and the pathologic grading as well as clinical stages of Pca.Conclusion:The expression of KGF in Pca tissues was higher than those in nomal prostate tissues. KGF was closely involved in the genesis and developmentr of Pca.
