介形类壳瓣形态分析及其游泳能力的测算方法初探 被引量:1

摘要 本文分析了介形亚纲古足目和速足目两大类的壳瓣形态,据流体力学原理,得出了有关形态因素和游泳能力的函数关系。从而分析了各形态类型对游泳生活的适应,指出它们的游泳能力与觅食方式、生活环境之间存在相互制约关系。 This paper systematically analyses the shell forms of the genera belonging to ostracods Palaeocopida and Podocopida. These 15 shell forms under study include the elongate-elliptic, ladder-like, water chestnut-like, peanut- or pod-shaped, reniform, triangular, globate, convexo-concave, plough-shaped, rhomboidal, rectangular, lobe nodes, wide margins, cross ridges and lateral alae types.First to be analysed are the characteristics of shell forms, habits (modes of life ) and swimming power. Then, according to the formula of hydromechanic the swimming power of ostracods can be calculated by using the following two formulate,Here ( F_D ) f=friction drag; K=constant of experience; ρ=fluid density; U_0=movement velocity of ostracods; ν=sticky coefficient; L=carapace length; Ω=surface area of carapaces; W=carapace width.According to formula (3), the swimming powers of some ostracod genera are calculated as follows: Shleesha ( peanut-shaped type )=2.74 cm/sec., and Fabalioypris ( elongate-elliptic type ) = 6.91cm/sec. These calculations are identical with the qualitative analyses.
