摘要
【目的】筛选一种安全有效的预防草酸钙尿石药物。【方法】选择既是食品(或食品添加剂)又可作药品的中西药物组方配成“尿石清”冲剂,对50例患者进行临床观察。【结果】患者口服“尿石清”冲剂5d,无任何不良反应。24h尿钙、磷和草酸含量明显下降(P<0.05);尿量、尿枸橼酸、尿镁和pH值显著升高(P<0.01)。【结论】“尿石清”冲剂能明显降低形成草酸钙结石盐类的浓度和饱和度,是一种很有前景的防石药物。
To find the preventive effect to calcium oxalate stone and the side-effect of'Niao shiqing' throw clinical observation.50 cases of patient were selected for the experiment,before and after taking the drugs for 5 days,24 hours urine were collected,the ph,magnesium,citrate,calcium,phosphorus and oxalate were detected.All the patients had no side-effect,After having the drugs 5 days,the ph,citrate of urine had raised very significanly(P<0.01),the volume and magnesium raised significanly (P<0.05),which are restraining to the formation of calcium oxalate stone.The calcium and oxalate had lowed significanly(P<0.05).[Conclusion]'Niao shiqing' had cooperative effect in inhibiting the calcium oxalate growth.
