摘要
【目的】探讨外伤性颅内静脉窦损伤的临床特点及治疗。【方法】对31例外伤后颅内静脉窦损伤患者采用静脉窦直接缝合12例,颅骨骨桥悬吊合并明胶海绵覆盖修补10例,硬脑膜或大脑镰瓣翻转修补5例,肌肉筋膜和明胶海绵覆盖修补4例。【结果】本组死亡3例,重残1例,中残4例,其余患者恢复良好。【结论】对外伤性颅内静脉窦损伤采用手术缝合的方法可达到良好的治疗效果。
To investigate clinical feature and therapeutic approach of traumatic dural sinus.Combined with documents,thirty-one such cases had been observed and analysised.12 patients were managed with venous sinus suturation,10 patients were performed with cranial bony bridge suspension combined with repair of gelatin sponge,5 cases underwent repair with dura or cerebral falx,4 cases were treated with repair with muscle fascia and gelatin sponge.In our series,death in 3 cases, severe disability in 1 case,middle disability in 4 cases,and the others recovered well.[Conclusion]To emphasis the surgical treatment of traumatic dural sinus injury and raise such patients'living quality.
