摘要
八仙降糖药由制首乌、黄芪、麦冬、生地等8味中药组成。药理研究表明：该制剂能使四氧嘧啶造型大、小鼠血、肝组织脂质过氧化物含量降低，超氧化物歧化酶活性增高；能显著提高实验动物腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬活力；对小鼠有明显的抗疲劳、耐低温、耐高温的作用；毒理试验结果表明：本品安全无毒。
The ingredients of compound 'Baxianjiangtang' are Radix Rehmanniae, Radix Polygoni Multiflori preparate, Rodix Astragali, Radix Ophiopogonis etc. Pharmacological tests showed that it can decrease LPO and increase the activity of SOD in blood and liver of Alloxan induced diabetic rats and mice.It also increased that phagocytosis of phagocytes of experimental anim als. It can increased tolerance to fatigue at low and high temperature conditions. According tothe above results, it can be considered as safe and effective.
