摘要
用薄层扫描法测定青蒿素脂质体和葡聚糖复合物中青蒿素的含量，方法简便、准确灵敏，回收率分别为98．0％和96．8％。
TLC－scanning method for the quantitative determination of arteannuin in liposomes and dextrans was developed. The method is simple, accarate and sengitive. The recoveries were found to be 98.0% and 96.8%.
