摘要
采用海水贝、鱼、芦苇生态养殖模式,维护系统生态平衡。通过检测系统内叶绿素a含量的变化,以监测系统中各池贝类规格、数量与叶绿素a的变化关系。结果表明,系统运行过程中,叶绿素a含量从上游向下游逐渐降低;成贝对叶绿素a的日消耗量为0.3μg/L·kg-1以上,种苗的日消耗量为0.2μg/L·kg-1左右;系统消耗叶绿素a的总量大于单细胞藻类自繁产生的叶绿素a量,鱼类与贝类养殖面积匹配不平衡。
The changes of chlorophyll-a were detected in the zoology system of shellfish,fish and bulrush.The results showed that along with the system working,the content of chlorophyll-a was reduced gradually from upstream to backward position;the daily wastage of matured shellfish to chlorophyll-a was more than 0.3 μg/L·kg-1,and it reduced to about 0.2 μg /L·kg-1 in larvae period;the total wastage of the system to chlorophyll-a was more than the quantity of the chlorophyll-a produced by the unicellular alga.
