摘要
当前的经济活动中,向劳动者“分权让险”是一个较之向企业“扩权让利”更深层、更普遍、更本质的问题。为此,打破集权垄断,向劳动者分权让险就成为求生存谋发展、民富国强的一个战略性抉择。
In the current economical activities, the disengagement of rights for the responsibility of danger is a great step for the broadening rights in the company. The break-up of monopolism to offer rights to the laborers is a great strategic choice for the development and survival.
