摘要
研究了以四硼酸钾溶液作反应体系,在1%Pt/TiO2光催化剂的作用下光催化分解水制氢的反应,发现该体系能使放氢速率明显提高.放氢速率还随B4O72-浓度的增大而增大.在此基础上,还对B4O72-的作用机理进行了探讨,B4O72-在该反应体系中主要是通过物理作用有效的阻止了逆反应的发生,从而使放氢速率得以提高.
It is one of an important aspect to construct a new photocatalytic reaction system. In this paper, a new type of water splitting system with significant enhancement effect of hydrogen evolution using Pt-loaded TiO_2 photocatalysts is present. It is found that the rate of hydrogen evolution increased with addition of B_4O_7^(2-) anion. The main role of B_4O_7^(2-) anion on water splitting is speculated to be a physical action. B_4O_7^(2-) anion does not act as a sacrificial donor. In addition, it is found that the yield of H_2 for the photocatalytic decomposition of water over Pt/TiO_2 photocatalyst depends on the direction of light irradiation.
