寄主大豆对根结瘤的控制 被引量:2

摘要 我国9个大豆(GlycinemaxL.Merr.)品种感染根瘤菌USDA110后,产生不同的结瘤数,低者在20个以下.高者在60个以上。赤豆、绿赤豆也可被感染结瘤,而豇豆、扁豆则不能。超结瘤大豆nts382作为接穗时能诱导我国大豆原结瘤数有45个的开育10号、原结瘤数有12个的大黄分别发生高结瘤。nts382作为砧木时,则不能表现超结瘤.表明超结瘤因子能传给我国大豆,反之存在于我国大豆中的限制超结瘤的因子也能传给nts382。nts382于NO3-环境中仍表现超结瘤的特点也能导入开育10号、大黄及赤豆根部,并使之在NO3-环境中结瘤。在NO3-环境中不能结瘤的开育10号作为接穗,nts382作为砧木的嫁接植株,于子叶生长阶段接受NO3-时,仍能结瘤,于真对生长时接受NO3-时.则不能结瘤,表明限制结瘤因子于真叶细胞中被诱导形成。 Nine Chinese varieties of soybean(Glad max (L) Merr ) produced different numbers of 12 to 60 more nodules per plant respectively after inoculation with Bradyrhizobium japonicumstrain USDA 110. Soybean mutantsnts382, nts246, Nod49 and their original homologous cv. Bragg producedsupernodulation, non--nodulation andnormal nodulation individually underour experimental conditions.The grafts used nts382 as thescion such as mS382/Kai--yu10 andmS382/Da--huang showed hypernodulation with 135 nodules and 180 nodules Per plant respectively, but thegraft used cv. soybean as the scionsuch as Kai--yulo/nts382, gave 34nodules Per Plant, which was normalnodulation of soybean Kai--yulo,demonStrating that the supernodulationsoybean (varieties ), when used asscion, could induce Chinese soybean tobecome hypernodulating. Kai--yuloPOSSessed also ability of controling nodule numbers, which showed in thegraft used mS382 as the stock, as soybean Bragg did, although both Kaiyu10 and Bragg were of differentgenotypes.All the grafts used ntS382 as thescions such as mS382/Kai--yu10,mS382/Da-huang and nts382/Adsukiproduced substantial numbers of nodules in a medium contained 5 mmolKNO3-/L for any length of time, butthe graft Kai--yulo/ntS382 showed adifferent response to NO3- influence,when Kai--yu10 was supplied withNOs- during the cotyledon sarge only,this graft could nodulate, but could notif its unifoliate leaf or trifoliate leafobtained enough NO3-, even though noNOs-- was supplied hereafter for anylength of time. So the conclusion canbe made that inhibiting influence ofNOs on nodule formation appears onlyafter the cotyledon sarge.
