摘要 首先提出了一种基于三要素(ECA特性、用户特征和任务特征)的评估ECAs的方法,该方法能作为ECAs的设计指南;然后我们用这套评估方法对一个ECA Cybelle进行了评估,指出了它的优点和不足。 In this paper, we developed a three factor approach to evaluating ECAs which could serve as 'design guidelines' to define the 'best' ECA for a given purpose. Then we evaluated the ECA Cybelle against the approach,pointing out its fitness and shortcoming.
