Tracer Flowrates Measurement and ^(113)Sn-^(113m)In Isotope Generator

摘要 示踪流量计是目前抽油机井环空测试分层产量较为实用的仪器,测量方法有定点法和追踪法两种。采用新研制的^(113)Sn-^(113m)In同位素发生器的洗脱液^(113m)InCl_3作为示踪流量计的示踪剂,既取得了以前使用^(113)I时的同样测井效果,又克服了使用^(113)I所存在的污染严重、不便于存储等缺点。因为^(113)Sn-^(113)In发生器的母体^(113)Sn的半衰期为115天,而洗脱液^(113m)InCl_3的半衰期为99.8分钟。这样,使用^(113m)InCl_3进行示踪剂测井,能较好地解决同位素放射性对原油和环境以及仪器的污染,使测井和维修仪器既方便又可连续作业;而^(113)Sn的存储时间比^(113)I增长了14倍多,大大地减少了繁琐的购运事务,既方便生产又节约成本。1988年华北油田示踪流量测井22口,取得了较好的效果。 Tracar flowmeter is a practical tool for testing individual zone flowratesin pumping well at present time. There are twe measuring ways, stationarylog by time to record the travel time of the tracer material and multirun tracing log. Same log results were obtained to use solution ^(113m)InCl_3washed from newly developed ^(113)Sn-^(113m) In isolope generator as tracermaterial instead of^(113) I. The problems of severe radioactive contamination andshort storage time due to the use of tracer material^(113) I are solved. Sincethe half time of the mother isotope^(113) Sn of the generator is 115 days andthat of the washed solution ^(113m)InCl_3 is only 99.8 minutes, using ^(113m)InCl_3as tracer material reduces radioative contamination to oil, environ-ment and tool dramatically, thus it makes the logging job and tool mainte- nance very convenient and continual logging jobs become possible. Becauseof the storage time of ^(113)Sn is more than 14 times longer than that of ^(113)I,the time and cost is reduced.
