摘要
目的研究口服伤寒杆菌后,大鼠小肠(十二指肠、空肠和回肠)和大肠(乙状结肠)上皮内淋巴细胞(IEL)的形态学特征及分布特点的变化,为探讨粘膜免疫的机制打下基础。方法采用免疫组化染色和电镜方法,对大鼠肠道上皮内淋巴细胞(IEL)表型进行分析,观察其形态特征。结果电镜观察:免疫后肠道淋巴细胞超微结构与对照组相比,有显著性差异;免疫组化观察:免疫后肠道各段IEL的各亚群数量明显增加,肠道各段IEL数量增加的情况有差异。结论服菌后,大鼠小肠和大肠上皮内淋巴细胞活性明显增强,是免疫反应细胞基础。IEL大量增加,进一步表明淋巴细胞在粘膜免疫中的重要作用。
Objective To study the differences of distributed and morphological features between intraepithelial lymphocyte(IEL) of small intestine(duodenum、jejunum、ileum) and large intestine(sigmoid colon) in rat that after taking Salmonella typhi from mouth.The purpose was to play foundation of researching the rule of mucosal immunity.Methods To analyze the surface mark of IEL and observe morphological feathers of them by immunohistochemistry staining and electron microscope.Results Observation from electron microscope: The ultra structure of lymphocyte had changed a lot after immunity.Observation from microscope:The amount of various subsets of IEL in various parts of rat’s intestine increased obviously,there were differences among the amount of the increase of IEL in different parts of intestine.We could find the great expression of MCP-1 in mucous.Conclusions The activation becomes obvious after taking Salmonella type,it’s the foundation of immune response.The great increase of IEL mentions the significant action of lymphocytes in mucosal immunity.
