电磁离心铸造中耦合物理场方程的直接耦合解法 被引量:1

Directly Coupled Method for Coupled Physical Equations in Electromagnetic Centrifugal Casting

摘要 针对电磁离心铸造(ECC)中磁场与流场耦合问题,提出了一种非线性直接耦合数学模型(非线性偏微分方程组定解问题),并采用有限体积法与线性和非线性方程组的数值解法有效结合进行数值求解。计算结果表明本文的方法不仅具有好的收敛性、稳定性,而且可得到较好的模拟效果。 A directly coupled model for the coupled problem of magnetic and flow fields in electromagnetic centrifugal casting is presented. The numerical results obtained by implementing the model using finite volume method show that the method reduces the computing complexity, accelerates the convergence, and has a good simulation effect.
