随着我国经济的发展,人民生活水平的提高和生活节奏的加快,人们必然会要求市场供应食用方便,价廉物美,品种多样,营养丰富,清洁卫生的速冻方便食品,使家务劳动逐步走向社会化。 发展速冻食品除了要有各类加工,速冻和包装设备等,建立健全食品冷冻也是发展速冻食品的必要条件,只有完善的冷冻才能保证速冻食品生产、运、销各个环节中始终处于要求的温度条件下,有效地保持速冻食品的最佳质量。
