摘要
为了指导部队科学、合理地使用通信机房,对通信机房环境卫生实施法制化、规范化管理,以保障通信部队指战员的身体健康,维护部队战斗力。在大量试验的基础上,参照国内有关资料,研究制定了该标准。标准规定了通信机房工作环境温度、相对湿度、新风量、照度、噪声、微波强度、二氧化碳浓度、氡及其子体、空气中细菌总数等指标的标准值。该标准适用于平战时各类通信机房工作期间的卫生学评价与监督,其它备有通信设备的作业环境也可参照使用。
The aim of this paper was to instruct the troops to make scientific and rational use of the communication workshop, and implement legalized and standardized management, so that to ensure the physical health of officers and men of communication troops and to uphold their combat effectiveness. This standard was studied and worked out on the basis of a large number of experiments and related domestic data. The standard values of ambient temperature and humidity, ventilation volume, illumination, noise, microwave intensity, concentration of CO 2, radon and its daughter, as well as total bacterial count in communication workshop were set. This standard is suitable for hygienic evaluation and supervision of all kinds of communication workshop, and it can also be used as reference for other operation environment with communication equipments.
