急性心肌梗死患者纤维连接蛋白的测定及其临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的 检测纤维连接蛋白(Fn)在急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者中的表达,并探讨其临床意义。方法 AMI 组12例,健康对照组13例。以流式细胞仪检测外周血血小板膜上Fn的表达,用酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测血浆Fn的水平。结果 AMI患者血小板膜上Fn表达为67.88±19.55%,高于正常对照组的14.35±5.31%,差异有显著性(P< 0.01);AMI患者血浆Fn水平为515.17±83.85 mg,/L,高于正常对照组的361.54±68.48 mg/L,差异有显著性(P< 0.01)。结论Fn可能参与了AMI患者动脉血栓的形成。 Objective To investigate the expression of fibronectin (Fn) in patients with acute myocar-dial infarction (AMI) and its clinical significance. Methods A total of 12 patients with AMI, and 13 healthy controls. The expression of Fn on peripheral blood platelet membrane were analyzed with flow cytometry. Soluble Fn in plasma was assayed by enzyme-linked immunoadsorbent assay (ELISA) . Results The expression of Fn on peripheral blood platelet membrance was 67. 88±19. 55% and the plasma Fn was 515. 17±83. 85 mg/ L in patients with AMI. While those in controls were 14. 35±5. 31% and 361. 54±68. 48 mg/L respectively, indicating a higher expression of Fn on peripheral blood platelet membrance and plasma Fn level in patients with AMI than in control group (P < 0. 01). Conclusion It suggested that Fn might contribute to artery thrombosis in patients with AMI.
