探讨了一种新的财务管理模式,提出了“实行财务管理与会计核算职能分离,会计人员由集团公司财务部集中委派,财务人员由子公司自行聘任”的改革思路,并论述了在这种体制环境下的组织机构、各部分职能、信息传递、人员管理和业务监督等内容。
This paper probes into a new financial management mode, puts forward a reform idea of 'separating the financial management from the accounting function, designating the accountants by the finance section of the group company, appointing the accountants by sub- company itself', and discusses on the organizational structure, each section's functions, information transmission, personnel management, and business supervision, etc.
