摘要
考虑金属小粒子在磁场下, 应用随机矩阵理论对能间距分别为正交系综分布、么正系综分布、辛系综分布等情况, 考虑了奇偶效应, 计算了几个典型温度下金属小粒子电子热容, 并对电子热容随磁场变化做了简单的分析.
The Random Matrix Theory is used to numerically calculate the heat capacity of small metallic grains at some typical temperature in the magnetic field.In the paper the authors treat the energy level distribution with 3 different statistical ensambles(GOE,GSE,GUE)and conside parity effect.Then a simple analysis is made to the changing of the heat capacity with variation of the magnetic field.
