摘要
讨论了一种M OSFET 驱动电路。该电路结构简单、工作频率高、延迟时间小、抗干扰能力强,因而非常适合用于高频感应加热电源。根据电流型逆变器和电压型逆变器这两种基本拓扑的对偶性,该电路只需做简单的改动或仅仅改变控制信号就可应用于后者,因而具有很好的通用性。该电路已应用于200kH z/50kW 电流型感应加热电源,其实验波形证明了它的合理性和有效性。
A drive circuit suitable for power MOSFET is proposed.It has the advantages of simple structure,high operation frequency,short delay time and strong anti-jamming ability.Thus it is especially applicable for high-frequency induction heating,and it could be applied to both voltage-fed inverters and current-fed inverters just by some simple modification according to the duality property of the two basic topologies.The experimental waveform sampled from a 200kHz/50kW current-fed induction heating power supply is given to verify the availability of the proposed drive circuit.
