摘要
电力电子装置的广泛应用带来了大量的谐波,针对谐波对飞机交流供电系统的污染,以及飞机对航空电源的高可靠性要求,航空电源的三相交流输入端宜采用无源功率因数校正( PPFC)技术。三相PPFC 技术有两种: 在三相 ①整流桥交流输入端加无源器件电感和电容; 在三相整流桥输出端加电感和电容。本文对这两种三相PPFC 方法进行 ②了仿真分析,得到了两种方法各自具有的优、缺点,并对仿真结果进行了实验验证。为了减小直流变换器中功率开关管的电压应力问题,某型航空电源采用了在三相整流桥输出端加电感和电容的功率因数校正( )方法。
Aiming at the actuality that the extensive application of power electronics results in serious harmonic pollution and aeronautical power supplies demand on high reliability,the passive three-phase power factor correction have been applied in the aeronautical power supplies.There are two methods of the passive three-phase power factor correction:the first one is that the filter capacitors and inductors are applied in the input-end of alternating current,and the second one is that the filter capacitors and inductors are applied in the output-end of three-phase rectifier.The advantages and drawbacks of the two methods of the passive three-phase power factor correction aer concluded in this paper through simulation and analysis and verified by experiment.To reduce the voltage stress of power switching transistors,the second method of power factor correction was applied in aeronautical power supply.
