摘要
利用Internet开展远程服务正逐渐成为制造企业适应市场竞争和赢得客户的迫切需求。文章简述了客户关系管理的基本概念,建立了基于客户关系管理的制造企业远程服务平台的体系结构,介绍了体系结构中的各组成模块,详细分析了服务平台中的Web技术、数据仓库技术以及系统安全性技术等关键技术,并提出了远程服务平台基于数据仓库的解决方案。
Owing to the competitive market and customers, to develop teleservice on Internet environment becomes the urgent demands for manufacturing enterprises. In this paper, the concept of customer relationship management is briefly introduced, then the architecture of manufacturing enterprises teleservice platform based on customer relationship management is built and the modules in the platform are introduced. The key technologies of the teleservice platform, such as Web technology, data warehouse technology and system security technology, are thoroughly analyzed, moreover, a data warehouse-based solution to the teleservice platform is provided.
