摘要
协同仿真技术已经日益成为了解复杂产品行为、进行优化设计、提高整体性能和质量的有力工具和重要手段。在分析了复杂产品协同仿真特点、主要仿真类型及其协作模式、协同仿真平台功能的基础上,研究了以PDM为支撑系统通过拓展其功能和性能的协同仿真平台及其体系结构。并就协同仿真建模、模型生成方法、模型重用、仿真模型库/数据库等关键技术进行了探讨。通过建立以产品层次结构树为核心的集成化信息模型,研究了协同仿真信息管理与共享机制。
Co-simulation technology is increasingly becoming the powerful tool and important measure to understand behaviour, do optimum design, improve performance and quality of product. The characters, main simulation types and collaborative modes of complex product co-simulation are analysed. And through expanding function and capability, co-simulation platform supported by PDM and its architecture is studied. The key technologies of modeling, model reusing, model base/database are discussed. Through establishing integrated information model based on product structure tree, managing and sharing mechanism of co-simulation information is put forward.
