摘要
用10具头颅就头针运动区、感觉区的定位进行了观测。结果,中央前、后回的颅表投影位置均比教科书描述的运动区、感觉区靠后,其中中央前回上点靠后0.5厘米,下点在眉枕线与鬓发前缘交点后1.0厘米,中央后回上点靠后1.0厘米,下点在上述交点后2.4厘米,据此,作者认为头针运动区与感觉区的定位也应分别后移,并推荐:运动区上点取在前后正中线电或后1.0厘米,下点取在上述交点后1.0厘米;感觉区上点取在前后正中线中点后3.0厘米,下点取在交点后2.0厘米。这样,运动区、感觉区与大脑皮质中央前、后回的吻合明显提高,P<0.05。这种定位差异可能是临床头针疗效不稳定的原因。
10 heads of adult cadaver were used for investigation of the motor and sensory area of scalp acupuncture. The results are as follows: both the surface anatomy of precentral and postcentral gyrus were not exactly match with the tnotor and sensory area decribed in acupuncture textbook respectively. They were backward. Among them, the upper points were 0. 5cm backward to motor area and 1.Ocm to sensory area, the lower point of precentral gyrus was 1.0cm posterior to the intersecting point of the eyebrow-occiput line and the anterior border of the natural line of the hair at the temple, while the lower point of postcentral gyrus is 2. 4cm posterior to the intersecting point above described.Therefor, the authors suggested that the motor and seasory area of the scalp acupuncture should be backward and recommended: take the pount 1. 0cm and 3. 0cm posterior to the midpoint of anteroposterior midline as the upper point of motor and sensory area respectively, 1. 0cm and 2. 0cm posterior to the intersecting point above described as the lower point respectively. In this way, the motor and sensory areas are better rnatched with precentral and posrcentral gyrus than before (P<0.05).
