摘要
为了减少主观因素对考试效果的影响，文章介绍了建立和使用检验核医学试题库，将名词解释、填空、改错、简答、论述和计算等题型编辑汇总于Microsoft Excel软件，并利用其筛选功能逐一选出各种题型归类，然后随机抽取一定数量的题目组成考题的做法，并指出它不仅减轻了教师命题的负担，而且使考试题的客观性明显增加，在教学中起到很好的作用。
The examination question database on laboratory nuclear medicine was set up and applied to reduce the effects of subjective factors on test efficacy. The test items of noun explanation, blank filling, error correction, brief answer and discussion were compiled in the form of Microsoft Excel. Then the items were classified by Excel filtration function and a test paper was created by random sampling from the database. It reduces teachers' burden of making test questions and increases objectivity of test questions, which has achieved good results in teaching.
