摘要
全氢煤气罩式炉是目前世界上用于不锈钢退火的最为先进的工业炉,与传统罩式炉相比其具有许多优点。根据其炉体结构,分析了退火过程中存在的钢卷内外圈温度不均匀现象,并制定了相关应对措施,保证了钢卷退火后的性能一致。
The gas bell-type stove of the whole hydrogen is used in the most advanced industry stove that the stainless steel annealed in the world at present,compared with tradition covering type stove it has a lot of advantages,foundation its stove of body structure of this text,have analysed and annealed that encloses the even phenomenon of temperature inside and outside steel one existing in the course,having made relevant counter-measures,a performance after annealing is unanimous after guaranteeing steel.
