摘要
1989年发表在《山西冶金》第2期的一篇文章《走煤-电-铝综合开发道路加快我省铝工业发展步伐》,同年北京矿冶研究总院主编的《有色金属:冶炼部分》杂志刊载时编者加了提要:“认为本文就如何发挥这两个优势,建设发展山西铝工业提出了一个合乎逻辑的设想”犤1犦。事隔17年,这个设想已经在河南、山西、山东、内蒙等省区变成了现实。山西如何在此基础上,把煤电铝综合开发区做大做强,关键是要以科学发展观为指导,制定出一个中长期发展规划,选择好发展重点,调动各方面的积极性,集中建设几个世界级的煤电铝综合开发区,为山西建成新型能源和工业基地作出贡献。
In 1989,an article which is called 'follow the road of the Coal-Electricity-Aluminum integrative explortation to expedite the development of the aluminum industry of our province' was published in the Journal No.2 of “Shanxi Metallurgy”.When the other journal“nonferrous metal: smelting”which is edited by Beijing General Research Institute of Mining &Metalurgy' republished it in the same year,the editor added an abstract to this article.That abstract mentioned that this article had proposed a logical assumption on that how to exert the advantages and develop Shanxi aluminum industry.After 17 years,nowadays that assumption has become the reality in He-nan, Shanxi, Shandong,and Innermongolia.In order to make 'the Coal-Electricity-Aluminum integrative development zone project' stronger and bigger,Shanxi has to follow the Scientific development idea,make out a medium-long and long-term plan,choose the key points,utilize all the passions and positive power,concentrate on the construction of several world-level Coal-Electricity-Aluminum integrative development zones.All the above will make contribution to the building up of the new energy and industry base for Shanxi.
