摘要
目的观察甲硝唑粉局部用药对孕妇冠周炎的临床疗效。方法选取孕妇患智齿冠周炎的病例共60例,随机分成治疗组、对照组两组,智齿冠周龈盲袋用双氧水、生理盐水交替冲洗后,治疗组用甲硝唑粉龈盲袋内用药作为治疗组;对照组用复方碘甘油龈盲袋内上用药为对照组,对两组疗效进行对比分析。结果治疗组局部炎症平均消退时间为3天,对照组平均5天,两组间有差异性(P<0.05)。治疗组优效率68.6%,显著高于对照组22.9%(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为100%,显著高于对照组68.57%(P<0.01)。结论甲硝唑粉局部龈盲袋内用药治疗效果显著,且安全可靠。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of metronidazole for treating the pericoronal infection.Methods 60 cases of the pericoronal infection of pregnant women were chosen and divided into two groups randomly.After rinsing the pericoronal gingival sulcus of the third molar with hydrogen peroxide solution and physiological saline alternately.To treatment group, put the drug into the gingival sulcus with metronidazole;To control group,with compound iodine glycerin.And then compared the results.Results The average curing time of the treatment group was 3 days;but the group control was 5 days.The treatment group was decreased compared with the control group (P<0.05),The excellent rate of the treatment group ((68.6)%)was higher than the control group (22.9%)(P<(0.05)).The total effecive rate of the treatment group (100%) was also higher than the control group(68.57%)(P<(0.01)).Conclusion Metronidazole is a safe and effective drug for treating the pericoronal infection.
