摘要
城市中无效交通量的大量存在是城市交通产生拥挤的原因之一,因而削减和控制城市交通中的无效交通量就成为缓解城市交通压力的有效手段之一.本文从城市交通规划、交通结构以及交通管理几方面探讨了城市交通中无效交通量的成因,并分析了每种成因下无效交通量的具体类型,提出了控制和削减城市交通中无效交通量的对策与方法,归纳了无效交通量的本质分类.
The heavy invalid traffic volume in urban area of the causes is one of traffic jam. So controlling and eliminating invalid traffic volume is the effective means to relieve traffic jam in urban area.This paper discusses the cause of the invalid traffic volume in urban traffic from urban traffic planning and traffic structure and traffic management, and analyzes the specific types of every cause, puts forward the controlling and eliminating countermeasures and concludes the essence classification of the invalid traffic volume in urban traffic.
