摘要
分析了上海相对落后城区与发达区的差距、成因、近年来的发展变化,阐述了在加快相对落后城区发展的过程中政府的作为。
There was the distance between developing areas and developed areas in Shanghai. It was the reason and the developing changes in recent years. Shanghai government has conducted action to quicken the development of developing areas advanced by rushes.
