摘要
本文采用中西医结合治疗急性发作期肺心病64例。西医以对症及病因处理；中医辨证分为寒痰喘证以小青龙、射干麻黄汤，热痰喘证以麻否石甘、定喘汤，阳虚喘肿证以真武、芩桂术甘汤、济生肾气九，阴虚痰喘证以生脉散合千金苇茎汤，阴阳两虚证以生脉散令金匮肾气丸五型加减施治，临床显效27例，好转32例，总有效率达92．18％。
Author treated 64 cases of cor pulmonale during acute stage of attack by integrated TCM and WM, used etiological therapy and expectant treatment by WM, discussed that this disease should be divided into five types according to TCM differentiation of syndromes. syn-drome characterized by dyspnea due to cold-phlegm should be treated with Xiao QinglongTang or Shegan Mahuang Tang; syndrome characterized by dyspnea due to heat -phlegmshould be treated with Ma Xing Shi Gan Tang or Dingchuan Tang3 syndrome characterizedby dyspnea and swelling due to insufficiency of yang should be treated with Zhen Wu Tang,Ling Gui Zhu Gan Tang or Jisheng Shenqi Wan; syndrome characterized by dyspnea due to deficiency of yin and phlegm should be treated with Shengmai San in combination with Qian Jin Weijing Tang; syndrome characterized by dyspnea due to insufficiency of both yin and yang should be treated with Shenmai San in combination with Jinkui Shenqi Wan. The results showed that obvious effect was 27 cases, improvement 32, a total effective rate was 92. 18%.
