摘要
本文详细分析了大量的器件核辐照效应实验数据的具体组成,利用DBASEⅢ建立了电子器件核辐照效应数据库。
This paper anaylises the configuration of the data in detail, then a data base for radiation hardness of electro(?)ic devices is established using DBASE-Ⅲ system.
