摘要
本文总结中医治疗消化性溃疡并预防复发56例，以脾胃虚寒、寒热夹杂、肝胃不和三型论治，继以温中健脾法预防复发，临床治愈率82．1％，有效率98．2％，一年溃疡复发率6．5％。
Author treated 56 cases of peptic ulcer by the method to warm and invigorate the spleen and stomach or the method to regulate the middle-jiao, keep the adverse qi downward and relieve flatulence or the method to sooth the liver and regulate the stomach; prevented their relapse by the method to warm the middle -jiao and strengthen the spleen. The results indi-cated that the cure rate was 82. 1 %, the effective rate was 98. 2% in clinic, the recurrence rate was 6. 5% in a year.
