摘要
国企改制以来,政府为推行国有企业改制所付出的巨大成本与较低的收益相比,显然是不经济的。通过国企改制的资金流动分析,确定与国企改制的收益相匹配的成本,从而使得政府能够以此对改制的资金进行合理有效的管理,促进国企改制的顺利进行。
Since the state-owned enterprise reformed, the enormous cost that the government paid in order to pursue reform has compared with lower income, it is obviously uneconomical. By analyzing fund flow of reform, confirm with cost that match with income of state-owned enterprise reform, government can manage effectively fund and promote reform of the state-owned enterprise successfully.
