3月22日,经国务院批准,我国信贷资产证券化试点工作已正式启动。资产证券化的施行,将促进机构投资者风险识别和抵御能力的提高;促进各类市场中介机构的发展,减少信息不对称现象的发生;并有助于分散集中于银行内部的金融风险,提高金融资源的配置效率。
The asset securitization pilot program received the go-ahead from the State Council on March 22.The program's implementation will help enhance institutional investors' risk management capability and promote the development of various intermediaries in the market,decreasing the chances of information asymmetry.The project will also help disperse financial risks that were previously concentrated on banks,thus improving the efficiency of financial resources allocation.
