摘要
目的:建立HPL C法测定盐酸奥昔布宁片中盐酸奥昔布宁的含量。方法:采用Kromasil C1 8色谱柱,甲醇-磷酸盐缓冲液(取磷酸二氢钾1.94 g与磷酸氢二钾2 .4 8g,加水10 0 0 ml使溶解,用1mol/ L磷酸溶液调节p H值为6 .8) (85∶15 )为流动相,检测波长为2 2 0 nm。结果:测得线性范围0 .0 2 5～0 .2 mg/ m l(γ=1.0 0 0 0 ) ,平均回收率为99.70 % ,RSD为0 .3% (n=5 )。结论:方法简便、快速、准确,可用于测定盐酸奥昔布宁片的含量。
Objective:To establish a method for determination of Oxybutynin Hydrochloride Tablets.Method:Using HPLC with Kromasil C 18 (150×4.6mm,5μm)column,methanol-phosphate buffer solution(1.94g of monobasic potassium phosphate and 2.48g of dibasic potassium phosphate were diluted with water to 1000mL and adjusted pH to 6.8 with 1.0moL/L phosphoric acid)(85∶15)as the mobile phase.Detective wavelength was 220nm.Results:The linear correlation observed was in the range of 0.025～0.2mg/ml(γ=1.0000).The average recovery was 99.70%(n=5).Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid and accurate.
