摘要
在年生长期中测定了温州蜜柑叶片光合作用对温度的响应,结果表明柑桔光合最适温和最适温下的光饱和光合速率均有明显的季节变化,光合最适温与植株前10天所处的环境平均气温紧密相关,显示了柑桔光合机构所具有的对环境温度变化的适应能力,此外,还注意到柑桔光合作用对温度的响应在秋冬季比春夏季敏感.
Temperature response curves of leaf photosynthesis in citrus plants (Citrus unshiu cv.Marc)on trifoliata orange (Poncirus trifoliata L. Raf.)rootstocks were investigated using gas exchange technique during the course of two growing seasons.The results showed remarkable sea-sonal variations in both optimal leaf temperature for photosynthesis and light saturated photosyn-thetic rate under optimal leaf temperature.The leaf temperature optima ranged from 17℃ to 32℃ and closely tracked the mean air temperature to which the leaves were exposed in previous 10 days.thus providing evidence for acclimation of citrus photosynthesis to seasonal temperature variation.Leaf photosynthesis was more sensitive to temperature change in autumn and winter than in spring and summer.
