摘要
研制的无级调速装置的单箱绒、毛片分离设备，使提取纯净度达９８％以上。文中还提出了绒毛、毛片从分离塔中的带出速度计算公式中的经验常数和设备结构设计与工艺操作流程等。
single-booed down separating equipment with continuous rotative velocity control has been successfully developed.The extraction purity quotient was higher than 98%. In this pa-per, the empirical constants of the formula for calculating the speed with which the single-boxes were carried away from the seperating tower, the structure design of separating equipment as well as the procedures of separating process were repoted.
