摘要
目的分析钬激光腔内治疗尿道内尖锐湿疣的疗效。方法尿道内尖锐湿疣15例,其中9例位于尿道舟状窝,4例位于尿道球部,2例位于后尿道。均采用腔内钬激光治疗。结果15例均一次性清除疣体,痛苦小,出血少,止血效果好,近期无复发。结论钬激光是治疗尿道内尖锐湿疣微创、安全、有效的方法。
Objective To analyse clinical therapeutic effective in patients with urethral condyloma acuminatum(CA) with holmium laser.Methods 15 patients with urethral condyloma acuminatum were enrolled in this study.9 in urethral navicula,4 in the bulbous urethra and 2 in the posterior urethra.15 patients underwent holmium laser therapy. Results After endourological treatment with holmium laser,15 patients had been cured. It is merely a little pain and less hemorrhage during operation in the patients with urethral condyloma acuminatum that treated with holmium laser.Conclusion Endourological treatment with holmium laser is an minimally invasive,safe and effective method for urethral condyloma acuminatum.
