摘要
洪涝灾害中人类活动的增灾效应早已显示出来，并有日益加重的趋势，已成为制约社会经济发展的主要因素之一。本文根据大量的实际资料，分析了洪涝灾害中各种人类活动的增灾效应，并提出了相应的减灾对策。
It is already known that effects of human activities have made flooding more serieously,and there is stiIl a criticaI tendency for such effects. This sort of effects is regarded as one of main fac-tors to restrain the development of social economy. With a lot of data,this paper analyses the ef-fects of human activities on flooding and Puts forward corresponding countermeasures to lessen It.
