摘要
目的:观察牙结石附着面和游离面晶体构型的差异。方法:取新鲜牙结石,体视显微镜及扫描电镜(SEM )观察纵断面及表面结构形态的差异。结果:体视显微镜观察发现牙结石附着面和游离面存在明显的明暗分区,SEM显示牙结石断面的附着侧存在大量的细菌残迹,在菌体表面有矿物沉积,断面的游离侧晶体成规则的叶片状,牙结石表面成不规则的高度矿化区。结论:牙结石的矿化可能存在启动区和持续区的区别,矿化启动区与细菌关系密切。
Objective:To observe the crystal character of the attached end and free end of dental calculus . Method: Fresh dental calculus were scratched and rinsed with distilled water. The structure of section was observed by epitic microscopy and SEM. Result: The dark area in the attached end and light area in the free end is obvious, and debris of bacteria was existed in the attached end and mineral is deposited in the surface of bacteria. Crystal showed regular leaf-like morphology in the free end and highly mineralized in the surface of the dental calculus. Conclusion: The process of dental calculus biomineralization may include imitated phase and continued phase. The initiated phase is tightly related to the debris of bacteria.
