摘要
根据近年来在淳安、临安等地对杨桐的考察，发现杨桐在常绿阔叶林中或林下呈星散分布，偶见马尾松林下．喜阴湿环境，在阳坡下部或沟各地段呈集群分布，坡上部和山脊极少见．在自然条件下杨桐生长很慢，１６年生植株年平均树高生长量为０．２０ｍ，年平均直径生长量０．２１ｃｍ，但萌芽力和枝条再生能力均很强．杨桐作为商品开发须对以下５个问题予以关注：①提高产品利用率②资源的保护和扩大③采剪技术和永续利用④产品保鲜⑤良种选育和种质保存。
investigations in recent years on Clegera japonica in Chunan, Linan, etc. ofZhejiang province showed that it distributes widely in mountainous region of Zhejiang. Under natural condition,growth is very slow, average height increment of i6-years plant has only 0.20 m, and for thickness increment only 0.21 m, but it has strong sprouting and aftermathing qualities of branches. There are 5 problems for exploitation of C. japonica,increase of utilization ratio of this plant; protection md enlargement of resources; cutting technique and sustainable management; freshening of product; seed improvement and germ plasm storage.
